REPORT - "Territorial Resilience" - The Shift Project

SUMMARY

The Shift Project is a think tank that promotes a carbon-free economy. Backed by Carbone 4, The Shift Project published in 2022 a Plan for the Transformation of the French Economy with sector-specific reports. At the same time, the think tank launched the "Stratégies de Résilience des territoires" project to design and implement territorial resilience strategies in a context of low-carbon growth. The Shift Project has translated this strategy into a publication designed as an educational journey in three volumes:

• Volume 2: Taking action
• Volume 3: Organizing
