SUMMARY
The Shift Project is a think tank working toward a carbon-free economy. Backed by the consulting firm Carbone 4, The Shift Project published a Transformation Plan for the French Economy in 2022, along with sector-specific reports. At the same time, the think tank launched the“Regional Resilience Strategies”project to design and implement regional resilience strategies within the context of low-carbon growth.
