" HUMAN DAY " is an event that brings together professionals in Management, Human Resources and the Work Environment.

As part of the 1st edition of "Human Day Arras", built around the theme: "Employer and territorial brands, strategic levers of attractiveness for employment and companies", Laura CARMOUZE, Deputy Director of the Attractiveness and New Territorial Marketing Chair (A&NMT), opened the 2nd sequence, entitled "Combining employer and territorial brands to better attract talent".

This interactive presentation (Prezi) of his speech allows you to explore his research on the HR aspect of attractiveness:

  • How can employers, both public and private, take advantage of the assets of their territories to recruit talent?
  • On the territorial side, why and how do they take advantage of attractiveness initiatives to promote recruitment on a local scale?
