SUMMARY

Agathe MALKANI - Master 2 Public Management - "Attractiveness and New Territorial Marketing" - 2016

The collaborative economy is a new, as yet ill-defined movement that is developing around the world thanks to the emergence of new technologies. Increasingly connected residents are reversing the balance of power throughempowerment , and beginning to contribute to the development of their territory. The collaborative economy is having an impact on many sectors of our daily lives, and is considerably modifying the challenges facing local authorities: recreating social ties, improving the quality of offers and services on offer, reshaping the management of organizations, but above all rethinking governance. New paradigms are emerging and need to be taken into consideration: more cross-functionality, more use rather than ownership, the emergence of a new form of work, and trust once again at the heart of the attractiveness of territories. Cities that commit to strategies in which the collaborative economy is injected into the heart of an ecosystem, modeled by a "meta platform", will then be able to develop a genuine approach to hospitality and the attractiveness of the territory.
