SUMMARY
La Cité Fertile is a 1-hectare former SNCF freight station in Pantin that has been converted into a transitional eco-cultural third place, as a precursor to a future eco-neighborhood. A wide range of activities and services will be offered: training for third-party project leaders
, incubation of SSE businesses, community living spaces, festive and family events, catering, a brasserie, shared farming spaces, etc.
