SUMMARY
At 16 rue Bernard du Bois nestles the Velten block. Part of a priority urban district, this space is at the heart of an area undergoing major renovation: numerous interventions are planned as part of the Centre-Nord Urban Renewal Project, supported by the City of Marseille, the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, the Agence Nationale de Rénovation Urbaine (ANRU) and the local authorities concerned.
The project was spearheaded by Lab Zéro, one of France's 15 territorial public innovation laboratories. This laboratory brings together public-sector players (Agence Régionale de Santé, DIRECCTE, DDCS, CAF, Assurance maladie, Ville de Marseille, Département des Bouches-du- Rhône) and private-sector players (associations, companies, etc.) around a common objective: to develop and support projects that aim to achieve an ideal situation: zero problems.
