SUMMARY
Cities are sometimes faced with a paradox: they can be both under real estate pressure and have vast areas of brownfield land
that are difficult to develop. " TransformCity" is an online platform that brings together cities, project developers, landowners and
citizens . It facilitates the growth of collaborative urban projects, in order to develop a sustainable, resilient and inclusive local community. It is currently
implemented in two of Amsterdam's largest urban regeneration areas.
