SUMMARY
Developed by ADEME and the Normandy Regional Tourism Committee, this methodological guide aims to help local authorities implement sustainable tourism mobility solutions, drawing on the experience gained in Granville Terre & Mer ( 2023–2024), with the support of numerous institutional, public, private, and nonprofit stakeholders.
The methodology is based on service design to co-create solutions tailored to visitors’ needs (development of typical car-free itineraries). The method is described in detail, and the lessons learned during the pilot project are summarized.
