SUMMARY
Developed by ADEME and the Comité Régional de Tourisme de Normandie, this methodological guide aims to help local authorities implement sustainable tourism mobility solutions, based on the experience of Granville Terre & Mer (2023-2024), with the help of numerous institutional, public, private and associative stakeholders.
The methodology is based on service design, to co-create solutions tailored to visitors' needs (creation of car-free standard stays). The method is described in detail, and the data collected during the experiment is summarized here.
