SUMMARY
As part of the CESU Residential Attractiveness and Hospitality, the A&NMT Chair centralizes inspiring resources related to this theme: barometers, studies, surveys, reports, and guides (accessible to everyone), as well as the Chair’s publications (accessible only to our students, Founders, and Partners).
Since 2021, residential attractiveness has emerged as a major focus of regional attractiveness strategies in France, complementing policies aimed at boosting tourism and economic development. Created in partnership with regional authorities and socio-professional organizations (Manche Department, LAOU, Place aux Jeunes en Région—Quebec), this CESU (Certificate of Advanced University Studies) “Residential Attractiveness and Hospitality” aims to train professionals in residential attractiveness who are responsible for identifying opportunities, providing support, and facilitating the relocation of individuals and residential and professional mobility projects within regions facing demographic transition challenges.
