SUMMARY
In its 10th annual report, the Resonance consulting firm ranks the world's 100 "best" cities, i.e. the most economically dynamic and the most attractive from a residential and tourist point of view (Prosperity, Livability, Lovability). A partnership with Ipsos has made it possible to incorporate perception-based data for the first time.
So that, the overall ranking of the world's best cities is determined by an analysis of public perception, combined with a range of economic indicators (per capita income, level of education, convention center capacity, etc.), quality of life indicators (rental costs, parks and outdoor activities, restaurants, etc.) and environmental indicators (air quality, tree cover, etc.). Five French cities are included in the ranking: Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse.
