One Provence "Innovating to move forward": launch of its new website integrating its own generative artificial intelligence
Six months to the day after its media launch, One Provence presents its new website integrating its own generative artificial intelligence, launches virtual sailing races in the Bay of Marseille and the Mediterranean, and unveils its "manifesto film". These three topics were implemented with the same determination to innovate and renew, while asserting a strong territorial identity.
The 1st territorial marketing agency website focused on artificial intelligence
With the launch of its new website, One Provence becomes the 1st territorial marketing agency in France to develop a specific artificial intelligence to facilitate navigation for its users and provide them more directly with the information they are looking for.
With a mission to showcase the assets of the Aix-Marseille-Provence region in a cross-functional way, One Provence goes beyond traditional pre-formatted chatbots and creates a personalized version of Chat GPT that answers all questions. What changes for users? No more predefined questions and answers, this custom-developed generative AI
feeds off the web and over 500 referential sources to propose personalized answers to each query and refine them as the discussion progresses.
"We launched this collaborative project with the idea of creating an AI for the general public, an intuitive AI that will serve the user. A true innovation within territories, we are proud to be the first territorial marketing agency to have implemented personalized generative artificial intelligence at the heart of our website. Our aim is to make it easier for people to get to know Aix-Marseille, by providing the most accurate answers to the questions that Internet users, whether individuals or professionals, from here or elsewhere, may have," declares Lionel Flasseur, Managing Director of One Provence.
E-gaming and E-sailing
To capitalize on the sailing events hosted during the JOP 2024, One Provence initiated two virtual regattas in the brand's colors. The first enabled gaming professionals to discover the Marseilles harbor and qualify for the semi-finals of the French e-sailing championship, while the second, aimed at the general public, took them on a voyage of discovery of the Calanques and the Provencal coastline. Nearly 13,000 people embarked on the " One Provence Challenge ", and the winner (Italian) won a stay and a gourmet dinner with One Provence's partners.
