The cultural sector has been strongly impacted by the health crisis, and its transformation, which began several years ago, is now accelerating with the emergence of new practices, new behaviors and changes in consumption patterns.
The Agence Régionale du Tourisme du Grand Est, in collaboration with professionals from cultural sites and museums, has launched a prospective study on this subject to "establish, understand and anticipate the future of the museum".
