SUMMARY
This compendium of good tourism practices has been compiled from the entries submitted by cities to the " European Capitals of Smart Tourism ". The 2024 report presents a selection of tourism best practices in each category: Accessibility, Sustainability, Digitization, Cultural Heritage & Creativity .
In 2024, the cities of Dublin (Ireland) and Grosseto (Italy) were respectively awarded the titles of European Capital of Smart Tourism "and European Green Pioneer of Smart Tourism ". The latter title is awarded to smaller cities (25K to 100K inhabitants).
