SUMMARY
This compendium of good tourism practices has been compiled from the entries submitted by cities to the " European Capitals of Smart Tourism ". The 2022 report presents a selection of tourism best practices in each category: Accessibility, Sustainability, Digitization, Cultural Heritage & Creativity.
In 2022, the cities of Bordeaux (France) and Valencia (Spain) were jointly awarded the title of European Capitals of Smart Tourism ".
