ABSTRACTThe

Global Observatory of Urban Artificial Intelligence (GOUAI) is an initiative launched by CIDOB, in partnership with pioneering cities such as Barcelona, Amsterdam and London, and supported by UN-Habitat. GOUAI focuses on the study of the use of artificial intelligence in urban contexts, emphasizing aspects such as ethics, transparency, social justice and sustainability. His project "The Urban AI Atlas" maps and analyzes global initiatives using AI to improve urban governance. The aim is to provide a reference framework for public decision-makers, promoting AI that respects human rights and the principles of good governance in cities.
