Clone of One Provence launches its territory academy

The new Territory Academy for the Aix-Marseille Provence metropolis: an initiative of the One Provence territorial marketing agency, officially launched this Thursday, January 25 at the Pathé La Joliette cinema in Marseille.

Open to all professionals and players in the metropolitan area, the academy's mission is to disseminate knowledge about the region, targeting attractiveness and economic development professionals from the public and private sectors.

It is aimed at people dedicated to promoting the region, whether they live or work here, or are simply convinced of its potential and strengths. The aim is to provide them with the tools and resources they need to make the most of the various themes outside their usual field of competence, or to represent the region.

A strong sense of belonging

The participants, mainly from One Provence's partner companies involved in regional development, share a strong sense of belonging to the metropolis, and seek to give concrete expression to this attachment by acquiring concrete knowledge of the region (the potential, strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities of Aix Marseille Provence). One Provence specifies that the academy will be punctuated by the organization of multiple meetings. A number of expert presentations will be organized, with the main aim of transmitting informative content covering the various territorial dynamics, sectors of excellence and innovations, all of which contribute to enriching the image of Aix-Marseille-Provence.

The academy will organize five to six annual events, mostly online, on a variety of themes to illustrate the region's assets. In addition, a digital platform will be set up to centralize all the elements presented during the various events.

This first session, held on January 25, 2024 at the Pathé La Joliette cinema in Marseille, attracted no fewer than 200 people. It was a good start, with a focus on the organization of the 2024 Olympic Games and a presentation of the results of our IMAGETERR 2022 study.
