🔄 Back to the Instant Share - Focus on housing 🏡
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of exchanging ideas around a central issue for territories: housing, and more specifically solutions to respond to the current crisis.
This Instant Share brought together experts and professionals in territorial attractiveness, to share their visions and best practices.
📊 Didier BERTRAND opened the session with a diagnosis of housing, a common denominator of society's challenges: the number one household expenditure item, but facing multiple crises (supply, demand, construction...).
💡 The Chaire Attractivité et Nouveau Marketing Territorial (A&NMT) team then presented a benchmark highlighting innovative initiatives in France and internationally to boost residential attractiveness, and provide short, medium and long-term solutions!
