Urbanized territories tend to dilute into rather undifferentiated spatial extensions and mask some of their most distinctive or even profound internal resources. Recourse to stylistic approaches seems likely to help reveal this internal richness and establish new forms of coherence. This as-yet untested subject requires further conceptual and methodological development. Its creative dimension makes collaborative and innovative approaches possible. It holds out the promise of a new approach that can complement territorial marketing, particularly in terms of hospitality.
