SUMMARY
In partnership with the Novethic media, anthropologist Fanny PARISE analyzes for us the new trends in French people's relationship to work that have been observable since the pandemic: "Great Resignation", "conscious quitting", "bifurcation", "4-day week", etc. Questions about the meaning of work, management, working hours, remuneration and pensions all point to expectations - and the possibility - of a "new social contract":
"The year 2023 draws a new mythology of work in France, a complex panorama where signs of the old world rub shoulders with those of a rebellious emergence." Fanny PARISE, Dr in Socio-Anthropology (Sorbonne Paris Cité) and associate researcher at the University of Lausanne
