SUMMARY
Acteurs du Tourisme Durable has published this methodological guide to propose new indicators for measuring the tourism performance of a sustainable destination.
The other objectives are :
- to provide a common core of concrete, accessible indicators
- Guide destinations in their choice of indicators (identify the most essential and relevant)
- Provide the keys to measuring each indicator, monitoring it over time and making progress, notably through the sharing of best practices.
ATD thus proposes 10 indicators to monitor in order to steer your sustainable tourism approach, with concrete ways of measuring them and obtaining data.
