SUMMARY

The health crisis seems to be under control in most European countries. Decontamination, often gradual, is underway in some of our neighbors. France is preparing for this, even if the resumption of activities will only be partial, and many questions remain as to its implementation.

While managing the health crisis operationally, local authorities, their agencies and their networks have made sure that basic services are restored. They are mobilizing resources and providing support to vulnerable individuals, businesses and sectors. They provide relevant, up-to-date information for local players and citizens. They are also beginning to sketch out strategic responses that will enable territories and organizations to become more resilient.
