Housing & attractiveness: a richly interactive Instant Share!

Last Tuesday, the Chaire A&NMT team co-hosted an Instant Share webinar promoted by our partner Normandie Attractivité, with the participation of their EPCIs and members of the Region.

As a preamble to the webinar, Christophe ALAUX, Director of theInstitut de Management Public et Gouvernance Territoriale and the Chaire A&NMT presented the results ®IMAGETERR24 - focus Normandie, a biennial study conducted by the Chaire A&NMT since 2017, followed by, a benchmark on housing and several examples of solutions.

This perspective - particularly around residential mobility intentions - enabled the link to be made between perceptions of the territory and housing policies.
