The ©FRESQUE DE TOUS LES TALENTS, a catalyst for collective dynamism in the Loire!

At the beginning of July, the Loire department launched its residential attractiveness collective, bringing together the department's attractiveness department and the region's 10 EPCIs, as part of its 2024-2030 Attractiveness Initiative.

👉 Objective: federate players around a shared vision to strengthen the region's residential attractiveness, by making it easier to attract and retain talent.

🧩 As an introduction to this first meeting, our ©FRESQUE DE TOUS LES TALENTS enabled participants to share their existing actions in a dynamic and fun way, discuss priority targets to work on together, reflect on setting up a network of hospitality referents, and identify shared actions for the future.

💡 A fine illustration of the value of the Fresque as a tool for acculturation, dialogue and co-construction around the issues of welcome, anchoring and hospitality.
