The ©FRESQUE DE TOUS LES TALENTS to boost the residential appeal of Seine-Maritime!

Since March 2024, Seine-Maritime Attractivité has been mobilizing, the collective intelligence tool, developed by the A&NMT Chair, the ©Fresque of all talents, as part of its actions to promote residential attractiveness, bringing together a diversity of local players.

👏 Three workshops have already been successfully organized:

🔹 Internally, to acculturate teams and align missions around residential issues,

🔹 With Tourist Offices, to expand their role in welcoming and anchoring new residents,

🔹 And most recently with local companies, during a workshop held with the Club RH des Hautes Falaises (Fécamp Caux Littoral), to raise awareness of their role in recruitment, welcome and quality of life at work.

💡 A dynamic, adaptable format that allows everyone to gain perspective, share, co-construct and leave with concrete ideas for strengthening the region's hospitality.
