SUMMARY
As part of the Université d'été de l'économie amiénoise, Laura CARMOUZE, Senior Lecturer at the IMPGT & at the Chaire Attractivité et Marketing Territorial, spoke on the issues of recruitment,attractiveness and employer branding. Her presentation was an opportunity to discover the professions and territories that attract talent, the main principles of attractiveness initiatives and " best practices " in France and abroad.
