Val Thorens: the Club to enhance the customer experience

The Val Thorens Tourist Office is launching the " Club Val Thorens ", a card that enables members to benefit from certain advantages with the ski resort's partners, and to enhance the customer experience. With almost 350,000 visitors a year, Val Thorens has put in place an innovative, high-performance customer relationship management solution based on digital tools and a complex ecosystem. The Club is a continuation of this affinity and experiential marketing, but also serves to enhance and involve partners, and becomes a tool for co-creating the marketing strategy.
