SUMMARY

Attractiveness is an essential theme, but an emerging practice. A change of image is part of this attractiveness. The transformation of neighborhoods has already begun, with the launch of the New National Urban Renewal Program (NPNRU), which follows on from the National Urban Renovation Program (PNRU). How can we project the development of these areas over the next 15 years without mentioning their attractiveness? That's why the Agence Nationale de Rénovation Urbaine (ANRU) has called on a sphere of experts (marketers) to promote this attractiveness. How can innovation help renew the attractiveness of these areas? ANRU has a co-investment fund, which requires a collective effort.
