TOURISM CONFERENCE | WHAT WILL TOMORROW'S TOURIST LOOK LIKE?
This conference will present various initiatives in France and internationally that are working to transform the tourist and their experience.
Tourism and AI: Nicolas François, Director of the Digital Pole at the Agence Régionale du Tourisme Grand-Est, will give an overview of the latest national and international practices of destination management organizations to better target their customer bases, communicate or fluidify and enrich the visitor experience.
Tourists become active citizens: they are made aware of the environmental issues of the host region, and can contribute to its protection and even regeneration. The example of Granville Terre & Mer will be presented by Déborah LE GOFF, Director of the Tourist Office.
Securing career paths to improve hospitality : Nicola JABAUDON, General Manager of the Medoc-Atlantique Tourist Office, will present an innovative scheme and partnership with a mountain region, which aims to secure the career paths of seasonal workers, train them better, improve their working and living conditions, and build their loyalty.
