SUMMARY
Capital of Finland: approx. 650,000 inhabitants (and approx. 1.5M inhabitants for Greater Helsinki)
Helsinki capitalizes on the image of Finland, once again voted "happiest country in the world" in 2021 (Finland dominates the rankings of the World Happiness Report "ranking for many years). The Finnish capital is therefore emphasizing its quality of life and the well-being of its inhabitants as a means of communication/branding the city. Although there doesn't seem to be a "health" strategy as such, the subject is addressed transversally in the city's overall strategy, and is applied to all external marketing "targets": investors, talents, tourists, etc.
