SUMMARY
This "Fish Bowl" format workshop featured exchanges between the audience and three experts: Jean-Philippe GOLD (Director of the CRT for the Hauts-de-France Region), François NAVARRO (Director of Tourism & Conventions at the Hello Lille Attractiveness Agency) and Laurie SOUVIGNET (General Manager of the Aix-les-Bains / Riviera des Alpes Tourist Office). The aim was to discuss the new roles of destination management organizations and their implications in terms of management and partnerships.
