SUMMARY
In order to change the perception of the territory that was detrimental to its attractiveness, the City of Edmonton set up a working group that came to the conclusion that citizens themselves had to be placed at the heart of the territorial marketing strategy. The Make Something Edmonton digital platform has enabled the city's residents and stakeholders to put forward projects, express their pride and change their image.
