SUMMARY

The merger of three Tourist Offices into a single inter-municipal entity provided an opportunity to reflect on the structure's raison d'être and the values shared to promote the destination. In order to give new meaning to the missions and reinforce the commitment of the agents, a transversal work organization was put in place. This more agile management style encourages creativity and improves the efficiency of the public service.
