SUMMARY
The Îles de la Madeleine, in Quebec, wanted to improve their regional offer and promote their Acadian culture. Thanks to a training program and a design thinking method, local stakeholders and businesses were able to co-construct an experiential tourism strategy, responding to new customer expectations and uses.
