SUMMARY
The explosion of telecommuting in the current health context has reinforced the pre-existing trend towards nomadic working, and has led to a change in usage. At the end of 2020, 31% of French people were teleworking part-time or full-time, and 86% of them wanted to continue teleworking (source: Malakoff Humanis study). These new behaviors are at the heart of numerous challenges, particularly in the field of tourism, but also in terms of attracting talent.
Discover the latest regional practices and innovations on the subject: "long-term" international visas , "immersion stays" in the countryside for neo-urbanites, an entire "village" dedicated to nomadic workers or ultra-personalized digital services to promote the attractiveness of digital talent ("E-residence" in Estonia or "CaaS" in Helsinki).
