The capital of the Emirates wants to create a "Cultural District" on Saadiyat Island, close to the city center, that will be a "flagship location and access point for cultural experiences and exchanges". By calling on major museum brands and the biggest names in#architecture, and building up a fund of priceless works, #Abu Dhabi is clearly displaying its ambition to become a world capital of #culture.
