SUMMARY
In 2012, the City of San Francisco set itself apart by creating an office of civic innovation: the Mayor Office of Civic Innovation (MOCI). Today, the city remains a leader in the field of collaborative and citizen marketing, thanks to its ambitious programs carried out with its various stakeholders.
