SUMMARY
There are a number of possible legal forms for local authorities or their groupings wishing to set up partnership-based attractiveness initiatives. These forms vary according to the needs of the local authority and the missions that will be assigned to the structure, but also according to local history and culture, as well as the mode of governance that will result from the articles of association.
