SUMMARY
Since 2014, a territorial Big Bang has been shaking up French local public organizations: a reduction in the number of regions, the rise of metropolises and a redefinition of competencies. Metropolitan managers and elected officials are now obliged by law to work together to promote the attractiveness of territories. This raises the question of how to integrate these relationships between newly-formed organizations, and how to structure attractiveness strategies.
