SUMMARY
The City of Yokohama has launched the Yokohama Partnership of Resources and Technologies (Y-PORT), an international technical cooperation project within the framework of a public-private partnership. This program aims to put Yokohama's technology, business know-how and expertise at the service of the rapidly urbanizing emerging countries of Southeast Asia, to help them develop "Smart Cities" solutions.
