SUMMARY
So-called open government tools(opengov), or civictech, are developing to better involve citizens and stakeholders and improve strategic decision-making. The result of a partnership with MIT, the online platform Assembl was designed to facilitate collective intelligence. Developed by Bluenove as part of the European CATALYST program, it uses artificial intelligence to consult and then synthesize the contributions of a large number of people in order to co-construct public policies or strategies.
