This plenary session will highlight how strategies for reindustrialization, industrial and territorial ecology, and decarbonization of production systems contribute to the renewal of territorial attractiveness in the sense of anchoring and attraction. Based on case studies (low-carbon business parks, industrial port areas, brownfield redevelopment, industrial territories), speakers and panelists will show how these projects are reshaping the attractiveness of these territories, their development projects, their value chains, and local cooperation between public and private players and civil society.
Through the case studies of these major new industrial projects, the plenary session will examine the conditions for successful transitions: multi-level governance, territorial engineering, cross-financing, social acceptability, territorial equity, as well as the tensions between climate urgency, reindustrialization and quality of life for local residents.
TT MICE & SPORT :
Speakers: Kévin BERTRAND, Co-President Aveyron Templiers | Vincent BOBIN, General Manager of Provence Rugby & Vision Project of Groupe Voyage Privé | Laetitia MARTINS, Project Manager Residential Attractiveness Aveyron / CSR Project Manager - Aveyron Attractivité Tourisme | Patrice VASSAL, General Manager - Toulouse Team.
Moderator: Paul-Vincent MARCHAND, Director - Attitude Manche.
Sport and the hosting of major sporting events are levers of image and attractiveness for regions. Thanks to their intangible benefits, sport and sporting events can become gas pedals of territorial projects, factors of social cohesion, inclusion or pride of belonging. Some regions have even made them an important part of their attractiveness strategy, with a direct link to the quality of life and well-being of their residents.
This Think Tank will present inspiring initiatives such as the Voyage Privé Group's impact programs; Sport as a factor of identity, pride of belonging and quality of life in Toulouse; and the influence of the Festival des Templiers in Aveyron, which offers a dozen or so trail races for all levels and welcomes almost 10,000 participants from all over the world.
