SUMMARY
THINK TANK | IMAGETERR®24 results and the evolution of the territorial marketing profession
Since 2017, the Attractiveness and New Territorial Marketing Chair has developed a biennial survey of the image and perception of territories among the general public. We will be presenting the overall results of IMAGETERR®24, in particular on central questions such as: Which cities, regions, ... would you ideally like to live in? What type of area would you like to live in (a small town, a medium-sized city, etc.)? What are your main criteria of choice? These are just some of the questions French people may ask themselves when considering residential mobility, or a change in their professional or personal life...
In line with the evolution of these results since 2017, particularly in the area of residential attractiveness, we will discuss the evolution of the job of Territorial Attractiveness Manager and/or "territorial marketer". What does it entail, and how is the profession evolving in an ever-changing societal, environmental and political context? These discussions will provide the basis for a forthcoming study on the evolution of professions related to territorial attractiveness.
Keywords: residential attractiveness, hospitality manager, attractiveness criteria, department, IMAGETERR®24, territorial marketing professions, metropolises, Place Marketing Forum, PMF25, region, talents, ideal territory, village, city, Reims.
