SUMMARY
The "Je m'installe en bord de mer ("I'm moving to the seaside") initiative is a joint territorial promotion campaign involving several territories in the Normandy region. This initiative, focused on attracting new talent, was born of cooperation between the Attitude Manche attraction agency, the Communauté Urbaine Caen-la-Mer, the Département du Calvados and a number of EPCIs. This " job dating " operation is aimed at young working people from the Paris region who want to move to Normandy. It enriches Normandy's territorial employer brand and promotes a clear offer with a positioning that emphasizes quality of life by the sea.
