The Aix-les-Bains, Riviera des Alpes attraction agency has been awarded the "Great Place to Work" certification.Great Place to Work"certification in July 2023. This label rewards a particularly innovative CSR and management policy based on the " Pacified Agency " concept. The aim is to apply the marketing positioning of a "territory of links" internally, in the service of corporate well-being. This approach creates a new working relationship for employees, who are involved in the agency's orientations, supported and valued in their missions (training, individual coaching, development of "savoir-être", etc.). This project is shared and co-constructed with the local ecosystem.
