SUMMARY
Seoul is the world's third-largest megalopolis, with a population of 10 million within the city walls and over 25 million in the urban area. How, then, can it remain attractive? By combining the digital economy, the collaborative economy and the sharing economy, over the past 3 years the city has embarked on a unique initiative, Seoul Sharing City, designed to recreate social ties while sustaining its economy.
