SUMMARY
Globalization has exacerbated competition, both between regions and between companies, leading the latter to rethink their interactions with local players. This is the case at Siemens, for whom knowledge of the local fabric and shared trust with the various players (elected representatives, civil society, suppliers, etc.) are levers for boosting competitiveness, strengthening territorial roots and attracting the talent the company needs.
