SUMMARY
Initially a temporary site, the 6b creative project in Saint-Denis has been transformed into a "tiers-lieu" where artists' studios, offices, exhibition rooms, a restaurant, etc. all come together. The site was destined to be transformed into an eco-district, but the developer decided to integrate it into his development project. In eight years, it has become a veritable ecosystem, creating jobs and social links, and enhancing the area's appeal and cultural influence.
