SUMMARY
Back in 2008, the economic department of the City of Hamilton, Canada, recognized the need to create a business support program. The program is called " Hamilton Calling". Against a backdrop of competition and difficulty in anticipating economic change, the city has established an in-depth, personalized diagnosis to help build a relevant economic attractiveness strategy.
