SUMMARY
In January 2017, Paris will welcome the world's largest incubator. The locomotive of French digital entrepreneurship will be located in the Halle Freyssinet (13th arrondissement). The project is the result of a partnership between the City of Paris, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation, and Xavier NIEL (CEO of FREE). It will be home to 1,000 innovative start-ups, and will enhance the attractiveness of the area.
